CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
All information about the products and the purchase form are written in Spanish, therefore, the service will be contracted in this language. To make the purchase, the customer must fill in all the fields of the purchase form marked with an asterisk as mandatory that Flores del Caribe needs for the correct provision of its service. At the end of the purchase, the customer will receive an email with the details of their purchase.
If the purchase is made by phone and the customer does not have an email, he can request that we send him a document detailing his purchase by mail. If the customer is a company, you can request an invoice indicating your tax information to make the purchase. Flores del Caribe will file the purchase document, except the payment details, and will be available to the customer who requests it.
After the purchase is made, the customer may make any rectification on their order by phone, by email to info@floristeriapuntacana.com or through the customer service form, provided it is well in advance of the delivery of the order.
