RETURN POLICY AND SHIPPING

Shipping Information

 

All our bouquets, baskets, plants and floral arrangements are prepared so that on the trip they never suffer any damage or abuse. If you believe that your order has not arrived in the optimal state, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue as urgently as possible. For us the fundamental thing is your satisfaction.

 

Home delivery in some places is included in the price. However, depending on the population where your order is going to be delivered, the possibilities of selecting slots and deliveries on Saturdays, holidays or Sundays vary and may have additional supplements.

 

Flowers that qualify for free shipping will be delivered via the ground shipping method that Flores del Caribe chooses within 24 to 48 hours. We do not ship outside the country.

 

Return Policy

 

Flores del Caribe guarantees the freshness and quality of all its products. However, if the satisfaction obtained with our services is not as expected, Flores del Caribe undertakes to study each claim and will act in a manner agreed between the client and Flores del Caribe.

 

Complaints will always be treated generously by Flores del Caribe, since we trust that our clients act in good faith. However, in case of litigation, customers must first contact Flores del Caribe to try to reach a friendly solution since what Flores del Caribe is looking for is the total satisfaction of its customers.

 

The claim if the product has arrived defective must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the order, since it is a perishable product. The buyer has the right to the free replacement of the product or to the refund of its amount, without being able to demand another type of compensation or benefit, in case of a visible defect of the order, and after being verified and accepted by the seller.

Therefore any return must be a formal agreement between the seller and the buyer.

 

If an agreement is not reached in the arbitration procedure between the parties, they are subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's courts.

 

Being a perishable product and since the gift is usually sent to third parties, in the event that the product has no defect, but if the recipient declines the delivery for not wishing to receive the gift of the sender, Flores del Caribe undertakes to notify the customer immediately and agree with the customer a new delivery to another address.

 

Being a perishable product, the customer must communicate their desire to return within 48 hours of receiving the product, and make their return or request their collection within 24 hours of the request for return.
